I count my blessings everyday that my career path has led me to meeting so many wonderful people! And often I will see the same people over and over again, at other functions, weddings…I will be asked to photograph new babies as the families grow, get to know my couples’ friends and family better on a more one to one level too. It was one of these instances when I got to know Heather, having already met her at her sisters Weddings a few years ago, she asked me to photograph her and her daughter Bella, and then a little further down the line, gave me the pleasure of being her wedding photographer too!
The KCF (Kirkby Christian Fellowship) family will always have a soft spot in my heart, they are the most welcoming and loving humans and I always know I am in a safe space when I am photographing them.
Heather & Glenn celebrated their wedding at the KCF, with a live band, singing and beautiful blessings giving by their loved ones, before heading into the garden for an ice cream in the sun (Yes please!!). Guests then hopped on a bus to The Barn at Yew Tree Farm, a little gem that is hidden away in Halewood and a place I fell in love with straight away!
This wedding was incredibly relaxed, with a slight burst of energy during penalties of what I believe was a very anticipated football match, guests sat in the sun and the children laughed and played together on the grass whilst everyone took pleasure in admiring the array of barn animals joining in the fun.
Thank you so much for having me Heather & Glenn!
