Wonderful Waterfront Micro Wedding

At long last it was time to brush off the cobwebs from my camera, shine up my lenses and pack up my big bag and set off for my first wedding of 2021! It has been a long 4 months of quietness, uncertainty and longing but this gorgeous April afternoon set the scene for my first day back.

Stephanie and Bradley had originally planned to get married in August this year after booking in with me in the first lockdown during a Skype call. After finding out they were expecting a new arrival they postponed their day to next year before changing their minds and deciding to bring it all forward again and completely downsize to something more intimate and special.

With a 15 guest limit it was strictly nearest and dearest for their ceremony at Birkenhead Town Hall. The sunshine brought joy and the pure love between the happy couple brought tears of happiness to everyone, myself included.

It was just a short stroll to the newly opened Woodside Terminal outside seating area where Steph & Brad enjoyed a glass of fizz together with their guests. Overlooking the waterfront toward Liverpool I adored photographing this couple who were quite clearly head over heels for one another and their gorgeous baby boy Oliver!

Although my time with them short it was certainly beautiful. Thank you for having me with you guys.
