Where do I start? Ever since that first meeting with Vicki and James I feel as though I have been waiting for this amazing day to come around. I remember checking my emails constantly waiting to hear if they wanted to book, and when they did I happy danced in my living room. We got on so well and I just knew they would be wonderful to work for and I had such a good feeling about how fantastic their wedding would be.
After the C word ruined their original plans, I was sending all my positive energy vibes their way hoping that their new 2021 date will be smooth sailing and even more special than it would have been! The day finally came around, and it was all what I thought it would be and so much more.
The morning was completely relaxed, with plenty of snacks, tunes and good energies. The ceremony doors opened up to such an amazing buzz of wedding guests and Groom James awaiting the arrival of Bride Vicki and her wedding party. Once the ceremony concluded guests hugged and smiled and cheered as I took them down to the front of The Liver Building for confetti and family photographs.
I worked alongside Memory Box films to capture some wonderful shots of James & Vicki who were completely at ease in front of the camera. All the time keeping close eye on that pesky runaway veil (haha!)
A summer evening drew in closer, and guests enjoyed a wedding breakfast and 3 uplifting speeches before mingling about and then returning to start a real party! Jukebox soundtracked the dancefloor and if this wedding was the only one I had that weekend I certainly would have kicked off my converse and boogied the night away with everyone.
Thank you so much for having me Mr & Mrs Rennard!
