As soon as I met Lauren & Scott to chat about their wedding day I knew straight away that their celebrations were going to be very laid back and fun. All that mattered to them was that they enjoyed every moment of the day and made memories with their closest family and friends.
The morning was super relaxed, with everything running on time, the bubbly flowing nicely and lots of giggles and smiling. The Three Acres Inn really suited this wedding as it was so amazingly homely, inviting and warm. If there was a word I would use to describe this venue it would be cosy!
The ceremony was intimate and tearful, I felt the emotion in the room as everyone watched Lauren and Scott tie the knot. The love and connection between this couple was so alive.
We headed outside for photographs and the laughter was contagious, as everyone was just on board for a good time! The bride and groom told me before the wedding they were ‘no good in front of the camera’ but I knew I’d prove them wrong. They looked amazing and their beaming smiles towards made for the most gorgeous photos!
Before an indulgent pub lunch guests enjoyed speeches from the top table and I don’t think there wasn’t a happy face in the room. And if you didn’t think this venue could get any better, how about a tipi outside for dancing in to the late night? Lauren and Scott started the party by dancing to a Disney banger ( Tarzan has always been one of my favourite ever sound tracks!) and as the booze flowed the energy grew and grew even more, I could feel my hips swaying to the music toward the end of my time at this perfectly lovely wedding.
Thank you so much for having me!
