Whenever I book in a couple from Kirkby I can be satisfied to know that the wedding will bring with it not only a celebration full of heart but a freaking amazing party. Nobody knows how to party like scousers!
Michelle and Carl where no different and told me all about their plans for a show stopping reception. Confetti canons, bongos and a saxophone player, even fireworks to conclude the night! It was only right that their Wedding was the first I shot with zero restrictions in place.
As Michelle walked down the aisle with her Dad, guests applauded and witnessed as her and Carl finally tied the knot after being together for a very long time.
The setting was the Beech Hill Hotel overlooking Lake Windermere, however with a heat wave making an appearance it could have been anywhere in the world. Guests partied on the veranda enjoying the view of the Lake and laughed and danced right through the sunset.
This wedding was laid back, utter fun, filled with belly laughs and I had the most amazing time photographing it.
